f. Submissions of teaching resources can be linked through the website, as determined by the Board and managed by the Executive Director.

i. The HAPS membership directory is maintained on the members-only section of the HAPS website.
ii. The membership directory provides access to search for other HAPS members’ public information.
iii. The membership directory allows HAPS members to make their profiles accessible at http://www.hapsweb.org/members/manage_profile.asp and to create member groups at http://www.hapsweb.org/members/connections.asp.
b. Privileges
i. The HAPS membership directory shall be available only to HAPS members.
ii. The HAPS membership directory shall not be publicly available in a format that allows the entire directory, or large parts of the directory, to be downloaded or printed or used for mass contact.

4. When an individual is no longer involved in HAPS, his or her access privileges are revoked.
1. hapsconnect email addresses are issued to everyone on the board and steering committee, and this email address is used in all official HAPS communications.
2. hapsconnect email is also issued to committee members who need access to files stored in the hapsconnect drive.
3. hapsconnect email addresses are typically <first initial><last name>@hapsconnect.org
1. HAPS uses the DRIVE service to maintain all official HAPS documents

b. All working documents are kept in google doc format to facilitate collaboration

2. Discussion Group Archives
a. All groups’ archives since March 2014 are housed within hapsconnect.org
i. These can be accessed by logging in with the Google ID associated with the email address used to join the discussion group.
b. Archives of HAPS-L from 2009-2014 are archived in an Outlook file.
c. Archives of HAPS-L from 1998-2009 are linked to the Discussion Group page on hapsweb.org but are hosted externally by an individual HAPS member.
3. Privileges
a. The HAPS Discussion Group (HAPS-L) shall be open only to members.
b. The other HAPS Groups and the 1998-2000 archives are open to the public.
4. Board and Steering Committee both use closed discussion groups for communication and for online portions of meetings.
1. The learning outcomes and teaching tips site is hosted on hapsconnect.org.
a. The HAPS Learning Outcome Project can be accessed at http://www.hapsweb.org/page/Outcomes_home.
b. Teaching tips include all submissions that have been published as “EDU-Snippets” in the HAPS EDucator. Teaching tips are tagged to one or more of the learning outcomes. (EDU-Snippets have been discontinued from HAPS-ED.)
